Julie's experience of market conditions, inventory and value has allowed us to price our condo in such a way that it would be sell fast, and so it did. Within 5 days we received a full price offer!! We knew that we were faced with some challenges, such as the Freddy/Fanny residential/commercial sq footage allocation, requiring the buyer to get a portfolio loan.
